This Multi-tier security scheme combines the merits of a physical and logical access control. For example, a user will not be allowed to access the corporate network until his/her presence physically authenticated at the specific location via JIRIS JEC & JNC Series physical access control solution, or it won’t allow user to leave certain location (building, floor, or room…) when his/her terminal session is still in progress. It allows a different authentication means to be "mixed and matched" at different security points per respective security policies, cost or other factors. This type of Cross-system security control using JIRIS solution offers the ultimate access security for secure facility, compartmentalized and/or restricted zone regardless of 1:1 or 1:N authentication requirement.
