The service personnel or technician, who replenish and service certain devices such as vending machine, POS, and automobile, authenticated with a portable sensor to verify person’s identity and access the devices. An irrefutable electronic audit trail is created and records any activity such as the time of opening and closing of the device, type and duration of service. All communication with the device is done remotely via biometric software.
